Multiple mid to senior strategy hires for a Series B funded logistics company in Indonesia
THE CHALLENGE:
After securing two sizeable rounds of funding, this tech logistics company was looking to strengthen a number of business units with strategy consultants and asked us to support them in what was a very exciting growth phase for the business. These hires would play a key part in the business delivering their revenue and growth targets so this was an urgent search and they wanted results quickly.
OUR APPROACH:
We spoke with the CEO who outlined the companies objectives, what they wanted to achieve and what they needed in terms of talent. What made this search more difficult was that Indonesia is the most competitive market for ex-consultants in Tech companies and compensations are a premium.
OUTCOME:
Given we had already run an extensive recruitment drive for another large tech player in Indonesia, we already had a strong network of qualified candidates we could tap into. Through headhunting and by garnering a number of great referrals, we have continuously presented the client with a range of relevant profiles and have successfully placed a number of people into the business.
