Scott has over 20 years of recruitment experience, with 14 years specialising in the strategy and consulting space. He heads up the strategy practice, with a focus on mid to senior hires into leading strategy and boutique consulting firms, as well as MNCs and Investment companies. He works closely with Partners and CEOs to help them identify and secure the best talent in the market. He also helps clients attract overseas candidates, who are relocating to the APAC region or the Middle East.
