Recruitment of a new SEA Head of Strategy for a global technology company
THE CHALLENGE:
A global technology company had just brought in a new CEO and appointed us to help them find a new Head of Strategy for APAC. This was a senior hire, which would report directly to the CEO and help the business continue its growth trajectory across the region, as well as lead large business transformation initiatives.
OUR APPROACH:
Having worked with the client on several senior searches previously, we knew exactly what calibre of candidate we were looking for. Drawing on our strong global network, we quickly built a strong talent pool and put together a shortlist of senior strategy professionals for the client to review.
OUTCOME:
Upon review of the profiles and after conducting a rigorous interview process, the company offered the exciting opportunity to a former Partner of one of the large consulting firms who had an extensive background in Technology, Media and Telecommunications. It was the perfect fit.
