THE CHALLENGE:
A global consulting company specialised in payments and data analytics was looking for two senior strategy professionals to join their organisation and grow their business development practice. After having met with a number of candidates, none of which seemed strong enough to join their business, they approached Maven Search.
OUR APPROACH:
As part of our methodology, we met with the team to gain a deeper understanding of the business environment and context and to discern what the company hoped to achieve by bringing in these two new hires. After feeling we had a good overview of their requirements and challenges, we drew on our global network to find the ideal candidates. Within a week, we presented the client with two profiles. Both were highly experienced strategy professionals with extensive experience in the financial services and payments space.
OUTCOME:
The client was impressed with both profiles and both candidates swiftly proceeded to the interview stage. After successfully completing the interviews, they were each made an offer within just two weeks. It was a great fit for both the client and the candidates. They remain with the company till today.
