Case Study: Global Tech Company

Recruitment of a SVP to the Chief Strategy Officer for a Global Tech company

THE CHALLENGE:

The Group Chief Strategy Officer of this global tech company had relocated from Singapore to the company’s new head office in London. To support him, he was looking for a senior executive with deep tech experience to work alongside him to drive a number of high-level strategic initiatives that had come from the CEO. This was a newly created role which would involve working with senior leaders and driving projects. So, the ability to create impact would be critical.

OUR APPROACH:

Having worked with the CSO for a number of years and knowing what he was looking for in this hire, we got to work on identifying suitable candidates who would fit not only his high expectations but also who would be able to lead and thrive in a business undergoing global transformation.

OUTCOME:

After speaking with a number of senior ex-consultants across Europe, the client interviewed a relatively short list of candidates. He found the perfect candidate - someone who was looking to transition into a large tech company and to drive change. This hire has been pivotal for the company to achieve some of its global strategic goals.
